There really isn't a yearly goal as far as the number of ribs go. I mean, I do think I speculated at the beginning that I could eat one rib per day for the year of the pig, but I quickly abandoned that goal. Rib however were one of the main things that I wanted to investigate because I felt pretty ignorant about them. And so, with the ribulator I am just documenting all the ribs I have eaten, and keeping track of the number, mainly out of curiosity. More generally, the Year of the Pig is really just a 1 year period for me to meditate on pigs and all thing porky, and to share the results with the few kind souls that are willing to bear with me.
