		<description>I fixed that link.  Check it out.  As for the rind, yeah, I stuck it in the fridge.  You can use it for flavor in recipes like you would bacon, but you wouldn&#039;t really wanna eat it.  I was planning to use it when braising.  I will be making more trust me.  I actually tried to get some pork belly today, no luck!</description>
